The Rome campus opens the Academic Year

On Thursday 6 February 2025, the inauguration ceremony of the Academic Year 2024/2025 of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore will take place at the University's Rome campus (Auditorium, Largo F. Vito, 1).

Don Dante Carraro, Director of Doctors with Africa CUAMM, will speak.

At 10.30 a.m., in the Auditorium, the Rector of Università Cattolica Professor Elena Beccalli will deliver the inauguration speech.

This will be followed by the report of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Professor Antonio Gasbarrini, and the prolusions of Don Dante Carraro and Professor Carlo Torti, Professor of Infectious Diseases at Università Cattolica.

At the end, the testimony of Dr. Francesca Schiavello, a young specialist in Internal Medicine at Università Cattolica.

Before the inaugural ceremony, at 9.00 a.m. in the Central Church, the Eucharistic Celebration presided over by His Eminence Cardinal Baldassare Reina, Vicar of His Holiness for the Diocese of Rome, will be preceded by the opening rite of the Jubilee Year in the See of Rome.
