Enrica Denti is 31 years old and graduated in International Management after attending a Double degree that took her from Cremona to Piacenza, to the Faculty of Economics and Law at Università Cattolica and then, for two years, to study in Boston.

For the last eight years her home has been Latin America, where she has been working in the luxury sector after a professional experience in the Price Waterhouse Cooper consulting firm "but that job was not for me: I was on the verge of leaving everything and going back to Italy. Then came the opportunity to work for Montblanc as Retail Operations Coordinator in Latin America: I got out of my comfort zone and accepted".

"Today I am responsible for the Marketing and CRM sector of an important Italian fashion brand in Latin America and South Africa. I live in Mexico City, but I travel a lot", she says. "I follow sales and customer contact strategies; events and fashion shows are the tip of an iceberg which then finds its natural continuation in customer loyalty, in single-brand shops, where our fashion house offers ad hoc appointments for customers who want to secure unique and exclusive pieces. It is very challenging to work in a context where the creative component is so accentuated: there are continuous changes of programme and a very wide variety of activities to be managed with promptness and cold blood".
In the story of this manager from Cremona, you can breathe in the charm of a glittering world, behind which there is intense teamwork, where passion and competence coexist, as well as determination and the ability to make decisions quickly and with awareness.

Above all, however, there is the desire and ability to get involved, which, according to Denti, matured during his time at university: "The decision to attend the Double Degree at the Faculty of Economics and Law at Università Cattolica was almost natural: I had always dreamed of studying abroad, and the opportunity to go beyond Erasmus and dedicate myself to a two-year international experience, obtaining two degrees, was immediately very appealing. Moving from theory to practice was not so easy, however, as Enrica admits, who after earning the opportunity to fly to Northeastern University in Boston, found herself managing a completely new dimension: "The first months in Boston were very difficult, everything was different there: the way of lecturing and managing the study, the way of relating to professors and fellow students, the way of reasoning".

"It took a real change of mentality, but, thanks also to the constant support of the professors in Piacenza, I gained a new flexibility, and today I have no doubt in saying that the Double degree was the most valuable experience ever for my professional and human growth".
