Insufficient food for one in seven Italian children

A study by the research group of the Department of Health Science and Public Health of Università Cattolica deals with food insecurity in 6 Italian macro areas: Lombardy, Lazio, Marche, Campania, Apulia, Sicily. Children in the South are more at risk, when coming from large families with poorly educated and poor parents.
